Wayne is the founder of Songway and an award-winning Christian songwriter and producer. As the creative force behind the Love Rain Band and InSumo Studios, he has spent years crafting faith-filled, story-driven songs that blend strong biblical truth with modern, radio-ready production. Love Rain has been recognized as an award-winning contemporary Christian group, highlighting the quality and heart behind Wayne’s work. 
 

Wayne’s songs have earned multiple honors in the International Songwriting Competition (ISC), one of the world’s premier song contests. In the Gospel/Christian category, his song “Love” (Love Rain) received an Honorable Mention in 2012, followed by Honorable Mentions for “She Could Fly” (Love Rain Band) and “Stand For Love” in later years, underscoring his consistency as a songwriter who can stand alongside top global talent.

Based out of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Wayne continues to write and produce music that plays like short stories—epic, entertaining, and thought-provoking. He describes songwriting as his primary artistic outlet, extending into concept projects that include new music, narrative worlds, and dramatized audio.

In recent years he has released new music like the rock opera epic “King of Kings” under the Songway Studios banner on major streaming platforms.
